Inshelve Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. General Return Policy
    As an Inshelve customer, you have the right to return goods within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery if you find the product unsatisfactory.
    All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days.
    If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, Inshelve reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
  2. Perishable Goods
    Perishable goods, including groceries and food items, must be returned within 2 (two) days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality.
    The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
    If the perishable item is not returned within the specified period, or if it is not in its original condition, Inshelve may refuse the return.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders placed through Inshelve can be canceled within 20 (twenty-minutes) Minutes of placing the order, provided that the goods have not yet been shipped.
    If the order has already been shipped, you may still return the goods under the general return policy once they have been delivered.
    Cancellations requested after the 20-Minutes window or after shipment will be treated as a return, and the general return policy will apply.
  4. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
    To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact the Inshelve customer service team via email or phone.
    Provide your order number, the reason for the return or cancellation, and any additional relevant details.
    Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the item or confirm the cancellation.
  5. Refund Process
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 (seven) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    If the return is refused, you will be notified, and the item will be returned to you.
  6. Exclusions
    Certain items may be excluded from Inshelve’s return policy, such as personalized or custom-made products, opened or used hygiene products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
    Sale or clearance items may also be non-refundable, depending on the terms stated at the time of purchase.
